I only have one key for guests to use.
Please carry your key with you and do not leave it in the house or lock it up, otherwise you will need to contact a locksmith to open the door. Please put the key back in the lock box after check-out. If other team members need the key, the lock box can be used as a handover and safekeeping. If you are staying for a long time and must have a second key, I will apply for an additional key from the building, which requires a $500 deposit.
If you require a baby chair or cot, please let me know in advance.

First, please read the check-in guidebook which I will send to you via inbox message before check-in. Our property runs on a self-check-in system, so you will have to follow the instructions in the guidebook to check in on your own.
We wish for you and any future guests to enjoy a functional, clean property during your stay. When you confirm the reservation, you and all group members agree to and will follow our rules as below:
#NSW Code of Conduct
All guests must abide by the âCode of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industryâ found on the NSW Fair Trading website. I will also send you a copy when you book a stay with us.
#Parties
Parties and events are strictly PROHIBITED. If this rule is not adhered to, you will automatically lose your bond. Apart from that, any extra service fees including extra cleaning fees and damage fees may apply.
#Drug or Criminal Behaviours
NO ILLICIT DRUGS or CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR is allowed on the property.
Once found, we will call the police and you will be held responsible for any legal and financial issues related to the property resulting from your behaviours.
#Noise
Please be conscious of your neighbours and keep noise at a tolerable level without being disruptive. NSW noise restrictions also apply, so please minimise noise after 9PM.
#Smokings
NO SMOKING INDOORS within the property at any time. For the apartment due to the strata by-law, smoking in the balcony is not allowed. This penalty carries a monetary penalty of up to $1,100.
#Pets
I love dog and have my own Labrador, but NO pet is allowed to stay in this apartment.
# Moving Furniture and Items
If you move anything from one location to another, please inform the host before moving it and return it back to its original location before you check out.
We also ask you to move the item(s) carefully without causing any damage to the item(s) itself or the property, otherwise you may be held liable for any damages to the item(s) or property.
# Rubbish
ïŒYou do not have to thoroughly clean the property, however, please make a reasonable effort to clean up after yourself, especially when there are children or holding party.
ïŒ All rubbish must be picked up and placed in bins including small items like wrappers and bottle lids.
ïŒ Please leave NO food inside the refrigerator or cabinets as well.
ïŒ Please take all the rubbish to the garbage room of the building and dispose them in proper bins before you check-out. Please check the guidebook to find the location of the Rubbish Room.
!! If the property is left in an unsatisfactory state, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. This includes leaving too much rubbish or too many dirty dishes behind on the property.
#Wi-fi
Wi-fi is available for guest use. Please refer to the check-in guidebook for all Wi-Fi information. This service is offered as a complimentary extra and so the speed is not guaranteed. It may be affected by issues with the internet service provider or other unexpected complications.
#Electricity & Energy Save
- All our power points are 240 volts in accordance with Australian standards. Please prepare your own converter if you are from other countries.
- Please note that power boards tripping can be a regular occurrence when too many appliances are plugged in at the same time. It is a good idea to check your heater usage with other electrical appliances to avoid this issue.
- In order to save energy and protect our environment, we ask you to please ensure that ALL lights, heating or cooling appliances, have been turned OFF When leaving the property. Thank you for your support!
#Checking out
Please leave the property as you found it. We kindly ask you to not move any furniture around.
The latest checkout time is 10AM. Prior to checking out, please go through this to-do list:
ïŒClean all dirty dishes and store them in the cabinets where you found them. Please note that the cleaning fee does not include dishwashing. For any dirty dishes left on the property, an extra service fee will apply.
ïŒ Sort and dispose of any remaining rubbish.
ïŒTurn off all lights and the air conditioner. If the air conditioner wasnât turn off properly, a $50 electricity fee would be charged.
ïŒ Ensure no appliances are in a work cycleïŒdishwasher, dryer, etc.)
ïŒ Report any damages or missing items to us.
ïŒ Put all keys and swipe cards back into the lockbox and scramble the number of the lockbox.
#Keys
If any keys are lost during your stay, extra service fees apply.
- If you are locked outside, key delivery is $150 and depends on availability;
- Should you misplace or lose any key(s), you will be responsible for replacing the key(s) and/or property lock change.
# Alteration for check-in and check-out time
If you wish to check-in early or check out late, an additional fee may apply. Any alterations for early check-in or late check-out MUST be advised at least 1 day before.
