This recently renovated, bright and airy 3-bedroom, 3-bath private home offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and outdoor adventure, situated adjacent to Nickerson State Park.
The property has undergone a full remodel, featuring a new gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, updated flooring, and desirable central AC for ultimate comfort.
Its location provides quick access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and a short stroll to Cobies for a classic ice cream treat, while local beaches are just a short drive away.
The inviting backyard is perfect for relaxation and family gatherings, complete with new spacious deck, a gas grill and a refreshing enclosed outdoor shower.
Inside, the first floor features a large, open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, plus a comfortable family room equipped with a 72-inch flat-screen TV.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets every day of your stay to top activities, including:
