Centrally located within the resort, you re just a few minutes from the Arbor Pool Complex, the Pro shop, and the Linx restaurant.
This unit allows you to purchase passes for Ocean Edge Resort s extensive amenities upon arrival at guest services, including access to pools, hot tubs, kid s pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, and various kids activities/day camps.

The resort also features several on-site restaurants and offers direct access to the scenic 26-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail for cyclists, with Brewster s beautiful public beaches approximately 2 miles away. Dine at the Ocean Terrace restaurant featuring a swanky outdoor bar and dining area at the Ocean Edge Mansion with breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay.

Brewster is world famous for its and pristine beaches, fine restaurants, art galleries, antique shops and parks all of which are only a short distance from the unit. Many of the most beautiful bay-side beaches are only about a 5 minute drive. Brewster offers over 48 freshwater ponds and many bay-side beaches that recede out over a mile at low tide offering a wonderful view of sandbars, clam beds and tidal pools teeming with sea life. These Brewster beaches offer unsurpassed peaceful solitude shorebirds enchanting wildlife and spectacular sunsets.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children s activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
