This CozySuites is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.
We offer valet parking for $25/day or $350/month!

Adeline is located in the heart of entertainment, within walking distance to Fryâs Food and Drug, the Mortgage Matchup Center, Chase Field, the Phoenix Symphony, and Heritage Square. With sophisticated dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences just a blocks away, Adeline offers a convenient , big-city lifestyle in the center of diverse culture and modern comfort. Weâre right next to the Valley Metro light rail system, making it easy for residents to explore the rest of the Valley.
Getting Around:
Adeline offers excellent walkability with shops, dining, and entertainment just steps away. Fryâs Food & Drug, Chase Field, and the Phoenix Symphony are all within a short walk. The property is next to the Valley Metro Light Rail, providing easy access throughout Phoenix and the surrounding Valley. Taxis, rideshares, and scooter rentals are also readily available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

$500 penalty for removing smoke detectors
$200 penalty for lost key fobs

All pets must be on leash when outside on property.
ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
