This is a self-catering property; however, we do provide starter supplies, including toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, cleaning cloth, and bin liners.
This is a fully private upstairs apartment with its own exclusive entrance and living areas. There are other tenants in a separate part of the house, but the spaces are completely independent, and guests have full, private use of the entire upstairs unit throughout their stay. There is no laundry available for guests.
Youâll have access to our AI Virtual Host 24/7 throughout your stay. Weâre also available to assist with any questions via the messaging system on the platform you booked through.
Located in a quiet residential area in central Mandurah, this home places you right where you want to beâclose enough to walk to the sparkling foreshore, waterfront restaurants, cafĂ©s, boutique shops, and the marina entertainment precinct. Beautiful beaches, estuary walks, parks, and local attractions are just minutes away, offering endless ways to explore and enjoy the region.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No pets
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The perimeter security cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
