This beautiful canal-front holiday home in South Yunderup is an ideal escape. Enjoy the expansive views across the broad 70m canals, offering unparalleled tranquillity and relaxation. Witness the dolphins gracefully gliding by whilst enjoying the mesmerizing sunset.
Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Mandurah and an hour from Perth, this haven provides plenty of activities for children and teenagers alike. Explore the surroundings with the bikes, kayaks or paddle boat, all provided with life jackets and helmets. Engage in a friendly game of table football, there’s an assortment of games, books and free access to Netflix and Stan and additional movies to keep everyone entertained. WIFI also provided.
A private jetty awaits, while the wheelchair-accessible property ensures inclusivity. Proximity to essential amenities such as a supermarket, cafe, tavern, Murray River, Ravenswood Hotel and Pinjarra adds to the convenience of your stay.
The living area boasts split air conditioning and heating for optimal comfort, complemented by evaporative air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The house is equipped with modern conveniences, including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need and all bedrooms have comfortable beds with all linen provided.

Could have parked in the garage but happily left cars on driveway. The house had everything we needed. I had stayed in the house twice before with friends so knew what to expect and gladly booked the house again. Very relaxing and easy when everything is provided and the location is great.

The house was great but very very cold, only heating was reverse cycle in the living area and it struggled to heat the whole of the living area, we closed the doors to bedrooms in an effort to warm the living area. We find extra blankets to put on the beds. There was a wood fire on the patio which would have been lovely during the day but there was no wood!!!

We had a lovely stay. The home is delightful and fulfilled all of our needs. There is everything you will need and is set in a modern home with a view to die for even on stormy days. We would just like to give some constructive feed back which in our opinion would make this accommodation perfect. We felt like a complete clean through for dust on the blinds and the floors is urgently needed, but most of all the windows, to truly experience that magnificent view needed cleaning. We bought our experience for the view and this was disappointing. The pillows are very large and soft, we will bring our own next time, this is a minor issue just a heads up for others. We couldn't get the garage side door unlocked and the front door lock is a bit dodgy. Thank you for a lovely stay we hope this review helps you.

Beautiful exceptionally clean accommodation. Kitchen was decked out with every utensil & gadget imaginable! The beds were so comfortable. We saw dolphins swimming down the canal every day. The cleaner was very friendly!!

So peaceful and well equipped.

We have stayed here before and we still love it. We will be back again! The house is huge and has absolutely everything you could want. A lovely bottle of wine on arrival, spices, tea/coffee etc. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Christine is easy to contact and helpful. The outdoor fire is beautiful this time of year. Watching dolphins and pelicans in front of you whilst keeping warm from the fire - just perfect!

We had an amazing stay at Kaya Manzi – the perfect spot to relax and recharge with friends. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible view, which is honestly second to none.The house is extremely well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need...all the essentials are thoughtfully provided. The beds are very comfortable, and there are multiple areas to relax, both inside and out.The outdoor fire area was a definite highlight. The property also features all the modern conveniences like Wi-Fi and smart entertainment, making it easy to enjoy comfort while still feeling close to nature.Kaya Manzi is a special place. We left feeling relaxed, recharged and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful, well-appointed escape.

I grew up in Lesmurdie but now call Fremantle home. I have a border collie called Jacky who definitely rules the house!! I love being a host and ensuring the house is clean and inviting for guests. I’m always looking at ways to improve it for guests and value feedback.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

South Yunderup is a hidden gem - well maybe not that hidden anymore!! I love the relaxed feel about the area and watching the bird life and dolphins. Its close to Mandurah and Pinjarra with so many nice places to visit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Kaya Manzi is always clean, well stocked, comfortable and relaxing for all. The outdoor area is huge and great to spend with family and friends.
