The upstairs bedroom offers a flexible king bed (to 2 x singles on request) configuration, while the downstairs bedroom features a queen bed, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together. Both levels have their own bathroom facilities for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, and the coffee machine is a morning must-have. The cozy lounge area is equipped with a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy the views of the peaceful open lawn. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer included for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property. Also, due to insurance concerns, the gymnasium is not available for guest use.

Plus, you'll have the peace of mind of an allocated secure car space, making this the perfect choice for your Mandurah getaway.

DOGS & PETS
Most property owners will not allow guests to bring pets to their homes. There are some exceptions (the property will be listed as pet friendly) but under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring pets without first seeking permission and then obtaining prior written approval from the booking agent. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 is payable upon approval per animal. No pets to be on beds or furniture inside the property.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm
