Welcome to Stones Throw #17, a bright, open concept, upper floor unit featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in an amazing East Village location just steps away from the East Village Center, Umbrella Café and the toboggan hill. This cozy unit is an outdoor adventurers dream. In winter it features amazing ski in and ski out access for both alpine AND Nordic skiing, and a short stroll to the snowshoe and fat bike trail networks’. In summer this unit is located along the 16th hole of the golf course (BC’s highest elevated golf hole), next to the pedal access network of biking and a short bike to the lift operated downhill biking.
This unit boasts large floor to ceiling windows providing natural ample light through the open-concept kitchen, living and dining area. Ski-in:
You have multiple runs that will lead you back. For the easiest (green) route, from Sundance or Orient Chairlift take the run “East Village Ski Way” until you loop around and are under the orient lift line, take a left onto the run under the Orient Chairlift and stick to the left, cross the golf course and you will be at your complex.
Ski-out:
To ski-out, The ski run is behind your unit. Exit your unit, proceed behind the building to the access path through the trees onto the ski run that crosses the golf course and will take you to Orient or Morrissey Lifts.
Walking:
Toboggan Hill & East Village Center 2 minutes or less
Village Centre Shops, Restaurants, and Cafes 12-13 minutes
Skating Rink 8-10 minutes
In-Resort Shuttle:
In the winter season ONLY, Sun Peaks Resort provides a complimentary shuttle service that offers transportation in and out of the village, with pick-up/drop-off locations conveniently accessible to all condo complexes. For more details please visit the Sun Peaks Resort website.
