You enter into a wide hallway that flows all the way through to the open plan living space. Off to the right is the first bedroom with views to the Viaduct Basin and access to the balcony, first bathroom and large laundry cupboard, next on the right is the master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite and access to the apartment length balcony and views . Off to the left is the second bedroom with access to the west balcony and views of Wynyard Quarter plus the second bathroom. Next is the media room/office which can be closed off from the main living spaces. Your steps take you into the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas. This area runs the width of the building allowing you to take in the scenes from the harbour bridge on the west to viaduct basin including the Sky Tower and city scape views on the east.
The kitchen positioned between the lounge and the dining areas adds to the relaxed and easy living style of this apartment. It is fully kitted out with premium quality appliances, a chefs delight!
