The minute you walk into this apartment you get the sense of style this spacious 3 bdrm apartment offers. Once upstairs you canât help but take in the breathtaking views from the full width, floor to ceiling ranch sliders. Sit back & relax with a beverage in the lounge suite or outside & watch the life on the harbour; follow the changing lights of the Harbour Bridge. Close to everything the CBD can offer including premium shopping, dining, business & transport hubs.
Upon entering you are in the downstairs foyer. The large main bathroom and laundry combo is to your right. (Double handbasin, shower, toilet and bath + laundry machines). Two double bedrooms are downstairs. One with a walk - through wardrobe to the bathroom.
Venturing upstairs you are straight into the expansive sunny and light open plan dining, kitchen and lounge.
Your eye is drawn to the outside view and large balcony, especially if the sun is streaming in.
Tucked around the corner is the third double bedroom with an ensuite.
