Overall we were very pleased. Host was quick to respond to messages. Pam with the management company was fantastic. Very, very nice condo with fantastic bay views! Some of the lighting was finicky, though and very dim, which we did inform management. We would love to stay here again, expect we found that at our age, it became uncomfortable navigating steps to and from the main level several times per day.

Room was not ready at 3:00pm and was delayed checking in until after 5:00pm. King bed was broken and repaired with a wooden post that would not stay in place. Another bed was also broken. Very nice location but disappointed there was no compensating us for the delay and inconvenience of the beds being broken.
We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced when checking into your unit. As noted in the Check-In Procedures section of your reservation confirmation, while our standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m., unforeseen circumstances during peak season may occasionally prevent a property from being ready at that time.
In this rare instance, the departing guests left the unit in unusually poor condition, requiring a second housekeeping team and emergency furniture repairs. According to our records, your unit was ready and access information was provided at 4:08 p.m. While we regret the delay, it was less than two hours and our team worked diligently to prepare the property as quickly as possible.
Your review indicates that some repairs were unsatisfactory. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have addressed those concerns immediately, just as we promptly responded to your report regarding the refrigerator. We also offered a late checkout to help offset the delayed check-in, but that offer was declined.
Unfortunately, our policies did not permit us to provide a golf cart as requested, and we were unable to address or compensate for issues with the beds because they were not reported during your stay.

Condo was awesome! Beach access was super convenient. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of space for the crew that we brought. Great views! Would love to stay here again.
