Enjoy a stylish experience at this brand new, centrally located guest house within easy access to Downtown, Hwy 1 and The Heights, a great local shopping area. Our place is located within a safe quiet residential neighborhood with great connectivity to rest of the city by foot, bike, scooter, car or transit. When you're not inside enjoying the comfort and amenities our place offers, you can enjoy the many restaurants, coffee shops, stores, parks and trails within walking distance.
The property is beautifully outfitted with top of the line furnishings, appliances, houseware and daily necessities. It is approximately 750 sqft and accommodates 4 guests comfortably. Sleeping arrangements includes a queen sized bed in upper level bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in the lower living area. Additional linens and pillows are provided. If you require a designated work area, there is a self-contained office on the upper level with desk, chair, phone charger and task light and access to both high speed wireless connection or LAN connection.
The upper bedroom is equipped with a TV, generous closet storage and a large patio sliding door leading to a roof deck with a table and chairs and a glorious panoramic views of the city skyline, Lion's Gate Bridge and Burrard inlet.
The living area includes a sofa and dining table for 4 people. Full cable service, Netflix and wireless internet is included.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including all new appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and 4-burner cooktop fridge/freezer. Also included is a toaster, blender and coffee machines. There are cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cups and cutlery provided for your use. Coffee and tea is complimentary.
The bathroom has a generous walk-in shower with full laundry facilities. We provide towels and basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hair dryer.
The accommodations has radiant floor heating throughout which provides comfort and minimizes allergies and dust. South facing floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of bright natural light and warmth into the living areas and kitchen.
Free street parking is available out front and a complimentary settling-in service and orientation is provided on arrival.
