One of Berry’s most luxurious weekenders, this elegant Hampton’s style home sleeps 10 and is only 3 minutes drive from this historical village and 10 minutes to the famous Seven Mile Beach.



Set on 3.5 acres this private and quiet estate backs onto 80 acres of the Moeyan Reserve with stunning bush views over the property’s dams as well as mountain views of the Illawarra Escarpment, all which can be enjoyed from the wrap around balcony, 10 person outdoor spa or firepit.



Designed for absolute comfort across 4 large bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms, it’s perfect for two families, inter-generational families or a group of friends. Two bedrooms upstairs feature a Master with King bed, desk, massage chair and ensuite and the second family room has a King bed and bunk. A separate family bathroom with spa bath sits off this. Downstairs, the third room has another King bed and the fourth, two King singles, sharing another bathroom with walk in shower and separate powder room. Children will love the large upstairs games room which houses one of the few shuffle boards the country, second TV, living and library area to admire the view down the hill where you’ll spot our resident kangaroos and kookaburras.



Downstairs is completely open plan with an oversized gourmet kitchen with walk in pantry. A 90cm SMEG cooker with gap cooktop and electric oven is the ultimate cooking machine plus commercial grade dishwasher, French door fridge, beverage centre, Nespresso coffee machine and Kitchenaid appliances.

The main lounge room centres around a beautiful wood fuelled fireplace, 65 inch TV with DVD player and Netflix whilst a 4m wooden dining table sits up to 12 people easily for that memorable meal. Completing the picture is a laundry/mud room with commercial grade washer and dryer and two car garage and an oversized driveway accommodating another 4+ cars easily. Wi-Fi throughout.



Surrounding the home is a formal garden of roses, lavender and fruit trees with a complete entertainment area including outdoor spa, BBQ, fire pit and outdoor table and seating. The grassed terracing extends down to purpose built French Boules court alongside an extensive vegetable garden. Finally, a beautiful oak swing by the side of the house will keep children entertained for hours.

Prior to booking please note:

• Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs and cats of any size as we are located in a nature reserve. As such we have no fences and an abundance of wildlife including wallabies, kangaroos, echidnas and birds as well as several bee hives (well located away from the house in the bush).



• Please note that our dams, whilst 500m from the house, are not fenced and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that small children are adequately supervised. Likewise, the spa does not have a pool fence but lockable lids.



During the Christmas & New Year school holidays

We do not accept any back-to-back bookings during this time. If there is guests checking IN or OUT backing onto dates you have selected online we will ask to you move your booking back one day before confirming the details.
