Step into the poolside lounge, a perfect place to relax, equipped with a large TV and sound system. This serene space opens to the outdoor deck, pool, and dining barleaner—ideal for al fresco meals and poolside lounging.
The home features four ground-floor bedrooms, including two queen rooms, a twin room with two single beds and a work desk, and a bunk room that sleeps four—each with deck access, ensuring everyone has their own private retreat.
For added convenience, a lift and staircase lead to the upper level, where the heart of the home awaits. This classic state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, a double oven, built-in espresso machine, and a butler’s pantry, perfect for preparing group meals or family feasts. The adjoining dining area seats 10 comfortably, making shared meals a highlight of your stay.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property.

Please note that some cupboards or cabinets may be locked, as they are used for storage. Additionally, a portion of the garage has been blocked off, just leaving access to the laundry area for guest use.

Other things to note
Temperature Control:
The home features a robust central climate control system on the ground floor designed to service the entire property. In the summer, the ground floor stays perfectly cool; for the upper level, we recommend utilizing the provided fans and natural cross-breezes. On peak summer days, simply close all exterior doors and set the system to "High" to effectively cool both floors. During winter, the ground-floor heating naturally rises to ensure the entire home remains warm and cozy.

Pets:
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! If you plan to bring pets, please let us know in your booking request. Be sure to include the number of pets, their breed, age, and a photo of each one. We love to know who will be joining you!

Spa/Plunge Pool:
Please note that the spa/plunge pool is not currently operational and remains empty. However, the swimming pool is fully operational and ready or your enjoyment.
