The Space:

Perched overlooking Coolum Beach, only a five-minute walk from the sand and surf, this two-storey coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation, style, and space. Designed for two families or groups of friends, the home features two fully self-contained levels, each with sweeping ocean views and elegant coastal finishes throughout.



1st Floor – Light, Luxury & Ocean Views

Step into the sun-drenched upper level where open-plan living meets panoramic sea views. The inviting lounge area, complete with a plush sofa and Smart TV, flows effortlessly to a spacious ocean-view balcony—ideal for alfresco dining, morning coffee, or sunset cocktails. The balcony’s built-in BBQ and kitchenette make entertaining a breeze.

The modern chef’s kitchen offers premium appliances including a gas stovetop with wok burner, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine—plus ample bench space and everything you need to create a gourmet meal.



1st Floor layout:

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): King bed, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, ensuite, and breathtaking ocean views.

Ensuite: Shower, vanity, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, wardrobe, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, and ceiling fan.

Bathroom 2: Shower, bathtub, vanity, and separate toilet.

Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, and outdoor clothesline.



Ground Floor layout:

Bedroom 4 / Studio Suite: King bed, sofa bed for children (folds our to a full queen sized bed), air conditioning, ceiling fan, Smart TV, ensuite, and kitchen with laundry facilities.

Ensuite: Shower, vanity, and toilet.

Games Room: Ping pong table and plenty of space for indoor fun.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the ground and 1st floor of the home, the 2nd floor is locked off and not accessible to guests. There is space to park 2 cars in the garage and 1-2 in the driveway. There is also free street parking available in the cul-de-sac.



The Neighborhood:

Just 450m from the pristine sands of Coolum’s unpatrolled First Bay, this home offers the perfect coastal escape. The Coolum Beach Surf Club, patrolled beach, and lively main street are less than 1.2km away, with cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops lining the esplanade. Spend your days swimming, surfing, or paddleboarding, or take a short 7-minute drive to Mount Coolum for an unforgettable hike and breathtaking panoramic views.



Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 12-minute (650m) walk to David Low Way/Wilkinson Park where the bus can be caught to Coolum Beach/Noosa (northbound), SC Airport and Maroochydore (southbound).



Other Things to Note:

*Pet-friendly for max 2 dogs - upon application, a $200 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*The home has a maximum occupancy of 8 adults. A total of 10 guests is only permitted if at least 2 of the guests are children.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
