Upstairs:

Entry is through a grand, double-height foyer with a curving staircase that takes you to the upper level with main living area, lounge areas, dining and master retreat. The kitchen is very well-equipped and features high-quality appliances. A large kitchen island bench sits in the heart of this open-plan living space, making it an ideal entertaining area for guests to enjoy with family and friends. A separate dining zone seats 10 and opens out onto a balcony with a BBQ. A second dining table that seats 8 guests is the perfect breakfast zone inside as part of the kitchen area. Two comfortable lounge areas, one with large Smart TV, on each side of the kitchen area provide plenty of space for everyone to relax in. and enjoy amazing views over the Pacific Ocean. Sliding doors open out to an extensive covered balcony with outdoor dining to seat 10, specifically designed for the beachside location. There is stair access to the pool deck from here. The spacious master retreat with King bed is completely open plan. You can wake to the sound of the ocean or enjoy a spa while taking in the views. Double rain showers, TV, walk-in robe, powder room and access to the balcony complete this stunning suite.

Downstairs:

The downstairs area has four guest bedrooms, lounge room/media room, bar and entertaining area, large pool and extensive decks. The lounge room takes in beautiful ocean views and a large swimming pool with decks. A wet bar and built-in entertainment unit create a third living zone, ideal for guests to relax and unwind. The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. The 4th guest bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite with rain shower. It opens to the lower deck overlooking the swimming pool and ocean beyond. All four bedrooms on this floor have access to either a sunny courtyard or the poolside deck.

Pets - Small dogs are welcome on approval but must remain outside at all times – $150 pet fee applies. There are small grassed areas at the front and rear of the house and a side courtyard. Off-leash areas are found at the northern end of Sunshine Beach as well as further south towards Sunrise Beach.
