Downstairs are two bedrooms with bedroom one having queen size bed and a king single plus an ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a double bunk. There is also a full bathroom on this level. Great rumpus room for the children with a large flat screen television and DVD player.

Upstairs is an open plan air-conditioned kitchen, lounge and dining with flat screen television. Entry to the large front deck and another deck to the side of the property is gained from this level. Fully equipped kitchen with everything required, including a Nespresso coffee machine. Also located on this level is bedroom 3 which contains a queen bed and bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. There is another full bathroom on this level.
Laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer in a separate room plus an extra toilet. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, plus a private and comfortable outdoor old-fashioned bath. How unique!. Enclosed back yard.
