Tucked away on a peaceful 1.5-acre block, this spacious country home is the perfect getaway for families, groups, or anyone craving a slower pace and a taste of simple living.

With room for up to 13 guests (12 plus a baby), the house offers 6 bedrooms, 3 comfy living areas, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Whether you’re sharing meals around the big family table, playing board games in one of the lounges, or watching the sunset from the verandah, there’s room for everyone to feel at home.

Step outside and you’ll find a huge backyard, perfect for kids to run, explore, and play. You can wander down to the creek for a paddle or canoe, or simply soak up the peaceful sounds of nature.

This is more than just a house—it’s a working mini-farm! You’ll be greeted by 70+ friendly chickens, a thriving veggie patch, and fruit trees bursting with seasonal goodness. Fresh eggs are collected daily, and our caretaker will stop by occasionally to feed the animals, tend to the garden, and pick some vegetables for you to enjoy if they’re ready.

There’s also parking for up to 10 cars, plus a large 2.5-car garage, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to come and go.

Guest Access:
You have full access to the entire home, including all six bedrooms, three living areas, kitchen, dining spaces, verandah, and backyard. You’re welcome to explore the gardens, fruit trees, and visit the chickens. The creek area is also open for you to enjoy. Please note, our caretaker may stop by occasionally to feed the animals and tend to the garden.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but are happy to provide help when needed. You can reach out anytime via phone or message for questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. Our caretaker may visit occasionally to care for the animals and garden, but we’ll always coordinate with you to ensure minimal disruption.
