Welcome to Eastport - a spacious coastal retreat in beautiful Catherine Hill Bay, where relaxed beach days, ocean views and time with family and friends come naturally.

Just a 7-minute stroll from both Catherine Hill Bay and Moonee Beach, Eastport is designed for easy coastal living. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living areas, a private heated mineral plunge pool and generous indoor and outdoor spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy the stay.

THE SPACE
Set across two levels, Eastport comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and is ideal for families, multiple couples or groups of friends travelling together.

The home combines a relaxed coastal Hamptons style with all the comforts you need for a comfortable getaway. Large windows and balconies make the most of the surrounding greenery, park and coastal views, while the open-plan living spaces provide plenty of room to come together.

Upstairs, a second living area opens onto a generous balcony overlooking the pool, park and Catherine Hill Bay beach beyond - a lovely spot for a morning coffee, afternoon drink or simply watching the world go by.

When the weather cools down, settle in beside the fireplace and enjoy a cosy evening at home.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are five beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including three king-bed master suites.

• Botanical Room - King bed, walk-in robe and private ensuite
• Plantation Room - King bed, walk-in robe and ensuite/shared powder room, located downstairs
• Lighthouse Room - Single bunk beds plus a separate single bed
• Whale Room - King single and single bed with trundle
A queen sofa bed is also available on request.

All bedrooms are provided with quality linen, and towels and pool towels are supplied for your stay. Please bring your own beach towels.

THE POOL
Step outside to your own private heated mineral plunge pool.

The pool area includes a dedicated pool house with Adirondack chairs and sun loungers - perfect for relaxing after a morning at the beach or cooling off on a warm summer afternoon.

THE BEACH
One of the best things about Eastport is how easy it is to enjoy the coast.
Both Catherine Hill Bay Beach and Moonee Beach are around a 7-minute stroll from the house, with the area also offering access to Ghosties Beach.

Spend your days swimming, surfing, fishing, walking the coastline or exploring the surrounding Munmorah State Conservation Area. There are plenty of opportunities to slow down, get outdoors and enjoy the natural beauty of Catherine Hill Bay.

Catherine Hill Bay is a historic coastal village approximately 90 minutes from Sydney and 30 minutes from Newcastle, making it an easy destination for a weekend escape or longer coastal stay.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a simple breakfast to dinner with the whole group.

It includes a large island bench, pantry/breakfast nook, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, drinks fridge and a wide selection of cookware, utensils and crockery.

The adjoining dining area seats 12, with large sliding doors opening directly onto the alfresco entertaining area.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The large alfresco area spans the width of the house and includes outdoor dining and lounge seating, creating an easy space to enjoy meals and spend time together.

The balconies also offer lovely views towards the park and Catherine Hill Bay beach.

GUEST ACCESS
You and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, with the exception of the garage.

Guests have full access to the house, balconies, alfresco area and private heated plunge pool.

Self check-in is available via keypad, and access instructions will be provided before arrival.

PARKING
There is parking for two cars in the driveway, with additional street parking available.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Fresh bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and don't take the supplied towels to the beach.

There is currently no BBQ at the property, however guests are welcome to bring their own portable BBQ.

For safety and property reasons, EV charging is not permitted at the property. Please make alternative charging arrangements before or during your stay.

Eastport is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so we ask guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings. Parties, events and large celebrations are not permitted.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, there are outdoor surveillance cameras at the front of the property, along each side path and at the rear fence gate. There are no cameras inside the house.
