The stunning open plan kitchen, dining and living area is the perfect place for the family to gather and enjoy a meal after a day at the beach. For an easy-going vibe, fire up the BBQ on the back patio and kick back while the kids play in the garden.

On the ground floor you"ll find a quiet and comfortable reading room, perfect for those that want to hide away with a good book, do some daily yoga or perhaps have a moment of quiet contemplation. For those on a working holiday, the home office offers a light and bright space where you can tap away on the keyboard away from the hustle and bustle of the main living area.

Moving upstairs, you"ll find a media room furnished with super comfy sofas, perfect for watching a movie on a rainy day. All four bedrooms are also on the upper level with the master suite boasting a expansive ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. All other bedrooms are furnished with double beds and walk-in-

The Area:
The iconic Merewether Beach is home to the international surfing competition, Surfest. It is part of a beach reserve that stretches from Dixon Park in the north to Burwood Beach in the south - with superb views in all directions.

Enjoy a coffee at a beachside cafe and watch as locals walk their dogs, parents juggle caffeine and kids with sandy hair and the surfers` roll-up by the dozen.

Walk a bit further down the beach promenade, and you`ll find Merewether Ocean Baths, the largest Ocean Baths complex in the Southern Hemisphere.
