✨A rental agreement and photo ID (passport) are required after booking.

✨A refundable $1,500 CAD security deposit will be processed via Vrbo's Resolution Center or collected in cash. After inspection, the full refund will be returned within approximately 10 business days.

✨For stays of 90 days or longer, a complimentary basic refill & cleaning service is provided every 3 months. Additional deep cleaning can be arranged at $50/hour upon request. Please note: this is a mid-stay maintenance service and does not replace move-out cleaning.
