Well suited for Healthcare Professionals with 2 minute walk to Hospital.

Restful & relaxing home away from home

The entire process from booking to check-in was so easy!The property was exactly as advertised and fit my needs perfectly.The owner Betty was so accommodating and made my stay so memorable.I would not hesitate to book this wonderful suite again.

Perfect for short stay

Betty’s place was cute and perfect for a short stay. It was less than a 10 min walk from Strathcona Beach and a couple of restaurants, which was great.

Great place in a great location

The studio is in a great location, close to the lake, very well appointed and with a nice private outdoor sitting area. It was my second stay there and I was not disappointed. Will stay again.

The location is quiet but walkable to beaches, a Heritage district neighbourhood plus restaurants and shops. Our host was very responsive and personable. It was the perfect quiet spot to stay for a busy sport tournament weekend.

Great suite in Kelowna

The suite was perfect for my wife and I who were visiting family. The bed was super comfy and the amenities were more than adequate. A couple of lamps on the bedside tables would have been nice.

Only down side for us was not enough windows. Would be great if there was a large opener that faced the patio that we could leave open at night for more outside air. Host is wonderful, bed great, location quiet and great walkability and safe

Exceptional Stay – Comfortable, Convenient, and Welcoming!

My stay at this cozy yet sizable studio was outstanding. I stayed here for a month working at the hospital (which is literally a 2 minute walk away, 1 minute if you run) and I would not hesitate to come back again. Betty is such a welcoming host and very accommodating to any of your needs including room temperature, laundry, toiletries and you name it! The neighborhood is quiet and safe at night to walk. It is well lit by the surrounding streetlights. The internet is blazingly fast. If you're on the fence about this studio, don't hesitate. It is well worth it.

Hidden Gem

This private studio is perfect, tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance of the hospital, grocery stores, restaurants and the beautiful Okanagan Lake. Betty is an amazing hostess and was so helpful. Showed me the short cut to the hospital, how to work the lock to the studio and made sure I had everything I needed. The accommodations are well appointed, clean and very comfortable. I am so glad I found this little gem. I would highly recommend Studio 628 Sunshine and Beaches. I sure hope I get a chance to stay here again.

Excellent Stay in Kelowna!

This studio is an excellent stay in Kelowna. We were so impressed by the easy check-in and great location. The studio was clean, and had everything needed. Betty was a great host and made us feel welcome and as though we could reach out anytime if needed. She also had some great recommendations. We were so happy we found this studio and would definitely stay here again!

All we needed in a studio in a great location

Very clean and comfortable studio just perfect for a couple. Location was great - easy access to many primary roads and locations in the area. Easy access/entry to room, parking spot for guests on premises. Host was very nice and considerate. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and Bright

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean and bright unit. As well, all the amenities were appreciated and when requested, new towels were provided. Perhaps the most favourite part was the location, with many shops and cafes within easy walking distance. The owner met us and was very pleasant, with great conversation about the surrounding area.

This suite was such a great find. It was incredibly clean and had everything I needed. It is within walking distance to a great park on the lake and many restaurants and cafes. Dealing with the owner was easy and helpful. She answered all my question and was very accommodating!

Overall great!

Great location and good owner, Betty was great and helpful. The property is located very close to downtown Kelowna (quick 3 mins drive) and a 3 mins drive to Gyro beach as well. Very fairly priced. Totally recommend
