This private guest suite with a queen-size bed offers private parking and a private entrance, tucked away on over three acres of serene, wooded land. Yet, you’re just 10 minutes from Carrboro and Chapel Hill, 12 minutes from UNC Chapel Hill, 15 minutes from UNC Hospitals, and 20 minutes from Durham. It’s the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience.

The Space

Your guest suite is located on the bottom floor of our family home, surrounded by towering trees and tranquil nature—just outside the charming towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro.

✔️ Jeep Springs Queen Bed – Drift off in a cozy queen bed piled with plush pillows. Watch TV from bed, and smile at the one-of-a-kind bed frame, handcrafted from old Jeep springs—resting on four giant springs for a touch of rustic creativity.

✔️ Full Bathroom – A walk-in shower awaits, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided so you can refresh and relax.

✔️ Kitchenette – Enjoy the convenience of a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. We’ve stocked coffee, sugar, tea, plus a basic selection of silverware, napkins, and glasses so you feel right at home.

✔️ Workspace – A dedicated desk area for writing, working, or planning your next adventure.

✔️ Shared Laundry – Accessible between units, each with separate entrances and locking doors. You may see other guests or our housekeepers if you choose to do laundry, but otherwise, you’ll enjoy total privacy.

✔️ Extra Blankets & Supplies – The closet is stocked with an iron, ironing board, hangers, extra blankets, pillows, and even an air filter to keep your space fresh.

Guest Access

You’ll enjoy full and private access to the guest suite, complete with your own bathroom and private patio overlooking the woods. Shared laundry is available if needed, with detergent provided.

Other Things to Note



✔️ Separate Upstairs Rental – Occasionally, there may be guests upstairs, but each side of the house has its own private entrance (on opposite sides) and private parking for your convenience.

✔️ No Smoking & No Parties – Quiet hours from 10 pm – 8 am to preserve the peaceful atmosphere.

✔️ Pets Welcome (With Rules) – Bring your furry friends with a $40 per pet fee, pre-approval, and signed pet policy agreement. No unauthorized pets—violations incur a $200–$250 fee.
