This is a spacious, comfortable home in a very quiet, safe neighborhood, close to lot's of shops. The work station is perfect for people traveling for work with great wifi. I would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this residence. Our hosts were very accommodating. There is a walking trail not far from the home that I used twice. The entire guest quarters are very clean and well stocked with necessities. Communication with the owners was excellent also. My family and I are thankful for the opportunity to stay with such very nice hosts. We will pray them and their continued successes at providing future lodging for others.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations. We had everything we needed for our week long stay and it was such a bonus that we were able to bring our elderly dog who really enjoyed the fenced backyard. The host Anna has made the space so comfortable and full of warm touches including books, games, puzzles and even toys for those who travel with little ones. This VRBO is exactly as pictured - truly a treasure and we will most certainly stay here again when we visit Chapel Hill!!!

Visiting friends in chapel hill

Property was perfect for our stay with 2 small dogs. The neighborhood was near our friends and would definitely stay here again when visiting with them.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed staying here. Pictures don’t do it justice. Was neat, clean and surprisingly spacious. I feel owners truly tried to provide little things that often are forgotten on a trip - qtips, Lint roller, games and plenty of good towels.

Anna and Frank were great hosts. This is the best experience we have had at a VRBO. They were very quick to respond and resolve a couple minor things. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Very easy in and out and nice neighborhood. Very spacious rooms and they really gave alot of thought on what a family might need during a vacation or extended stay.

My family had a great time staying at Carolina Hideaway this past weekend. We chose this place for a multiple of reasons. It was clean, easy check in process, super convenient to our daughter’s new place, not far from the interstate, but most of all because we were traveling with an elderly dog. Everything we could have needed was provided by the host and more. Definitely would stay again.

Carolina Hideaway

Anna was very helpful and the check in process was very easy. Rental is a really nice neighborhood and a large 2 bedroom. Rental is stocked with many cooking accessories and plenty of towels and bathroom accessories. Would definitely recommend staying with Anna.

This was a good place to stay which was cheaper than hotels near UNC. The beds were comfortable. The place was a little more run down looking than pictures show but I can tell the hosts are working on it. I was a little disappointed that the kitchen only had a small two burner plug-in stove instead of the traditional stove. My teenagers were a little too nervous for us to use.

Nice neighborhood with decent location

Please was clean and decent size. Walk down the hill has pavers/rocks but would be hard for older people to go down. Has a hot plate instead of a oven or stove. Only issue we had was heating. I guess with the type of heating it wont go over 70. We could never get it above 68. They do provide a couple heaters as well to help tho. Was a nice place and hosts were very helpful and nice.

Owner is very nice and accommodating

On street parking is doable. The long access path to the back entrance is gravel and stone, can't roll a suitcase on it, and you need to watch your step. Very well maintained and clean basement apartment. Some difficulty figuring out how to operate HVAC, and we had some difficulty figuring out some of the kitchen appliances. Some noise from owner upstairs, but owner was very responsive to our concern and it was not an issue. The owner was very kind and accessible, and she and her husband were very helpful in addressing our concerns. The apartment is worth the rental price

This is a basement apartment, but it's still sunny and bright with windows throughout.It's a large, comfortable space with everything you need. Well appointed kitchen, full bathroom, a working station with desk, and comfortable living room.
