Great stay @ Windsor Cay! We booked last minute for business and my team had a restful stay. Blue Sky staff was very on top of things to ensure our late booking would be seamless. House felt brand new inside. Lots of space, blue bedroom was super comfortable. Pool was great for relaxing by but if you have kids, if the clubhouse pool looked terrific (no time to sit by it sadly). I would book again!!

When we arrived I over reacted when I found a bug. It was after hours but the management company responded right away, offering a full refund if we choose to leave. We stayed like I said, I over reacted, it was the only bug we seen all week. The villa was extremely clean. The second level had the Mickey Mouse feel without it being obnoxious. OMG the water pressure in the showers was AMAZING! Even my 12 yo said how good it was. The beds were very comfortable! The villa was very spacious and roomy for all groups. If I'm being picky the only things I would recommend to add to the villa, is hooks in the bathrooms and throw blankets on the couches. There are no hooks to put towels or wet swim suits. It would be very nice if there was a light throw blanket on the couches. We used the beach towels for throws. It's just a little cozier when one can cover up in the evenings.

We had a great stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it, especially for families visiting the Orlando area. The unit is newer, very clean, nicely decorated, and genuinely felt like home. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed, the beds were all comfortable, and the layout worked very well for our family.Communication overall was excellent. The host was very responsive during regular business hours, and communication both before arrival and during checkout was smooth and clear. We did have a small hiccup due to making a very last-minute booking late at night combined with VRBO’s same-day booking rules, but once the host was available the next morning they worked with us to modify the reservation and everything worked out perfectly. This was a minor, understandable situation and did not affect our stay.The pool was a great amenities. The pool heat took a little time to be noticeable, but we were visiting during colder weather, so this was understandable and everything worked as expected.There were a few very minor, punch-list type items typical of a newer unit, such as a bathroom door that didn’t stay closed, a fixed pool safety gate we didn’t need, and spa controls that were a bit hard to locate at first, none of which impacted our enjoyment.Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we would not hesitate to book again.
