Welcome to the Waterpark Villa! SUPER FUN 5-BEDROOM HOME, just 800 feet from the brand-new clubhouse and water park! Perfectly located near Disney and Universal, this is the ultimate family getaway. Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with a spacious living room, modern kitchen, and a private pool—designed for maximum fun and relaxation! Two bedrooms feature exciting games like air hockey and giant Connect 4 for hours of entertainment.

When you're ready to explore, the area’s top attractions are just a short drive away. Or, stay in and make the most of the incredible amenities right at your doorstep! The new clubhouse and water park offer water slides, a splash play area, a large zero-entry pool, hammocks, loungers, and a tiki bar for refreshments.

Additionally, enjoy access to the Oasis resort-style clubhouse, featuring a lazy river, community pool, splash area, restaurant, movie theater, fitness center, tennis, volleyball courts, and so much more. Whether you're relaxing or adventuring, this townhome is the perfect place to create unforgettable family memories! …. POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
The pool heater is available for an additional fee of $40/day for a 3 day minimum. To ensure availability, please request this service at the time of booking or at least 2 days before your check-in.

BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50.00 plus tax is the charge to use the BBQ grill.Guests are responsible for exchanging propane.The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.

Our host was so helpful and accommodating! We have sensitivity to scents and the host removed all plug ins and washed the bedding with specific laundry detergent. So grateful for this accommodation! From the time I made our reservation the host, Jordy, reached out to welcome us and provided an easy way to communicate. Jordy checked in with us at the beginning and the end of our stay and was very responsive to any questions we had while there. The home is spacious, extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable and pleasant. The onsite water park was excellent and the private backyard pool was clean, convenient and welcoming in the humid heat outside. We were grateful to be able to stay in a safe and quiet environment. We would definitely stay here again when we return for another occasion or to visit Disney World which is easy to get to from this home. Thank you Jordy for making our stay so perfect!

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and offered plenty of space for our family. The air hockey table and private pool were big hits with the kids, and the resort pool and waterslides provided a wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

This house was amazing and suited all of our family's needs during our trip to all the Disney amusement parks during the holidays.
