The property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the driveway facing the driveway, camera 2 is a doorbell camera located on the front door facing the front entry, and camera 3 is located on the back of the property facing the yard. We stayed for 8 weeks and found the location to be excellent—convenient to everything yet very quiet. However, the condo did not meet our expectations for maintenance or preparation. Upon arrival, we were frustrated to find both TVs were non-functional and the shower door was broken. While the host was prompt in replacing the equipment and addressing the door once notified, these are basic maintenance items that should have been resolved before a long-term guest arrived. The unit felt modestly furnished, average in cleanliness, and generally poorly maintained compared to other rentals we have stayed in. Great location, but the interior requires much more attention to detail.

Prior to your arrival, all major items, including both TVs and the shower door were checked and in working condition. Once you notified us of the concerns, we responded promptly by replacing the TVs and addressing the shower door to ensure everything was fully functional. As this was an extended stay, occasional maintenance needs can arise, and we remained available throughout to assist with any requests, including lighting and general upkeep. Following checkout, we did identify some damages that required repair which were not present prior to arrival. We truly value guest feedback and will continue working to improve the overall experience."

Basketball weekend

Great place for us to land while we traveled to 3 sessions of basketball games. Easy to find all that we needed in the nearby area. Quite comfortable and clean. We had a self-inflicted issue with the lock on the door at 9:30 at night, but a text to Lucas, and the issue was resolved quickly. Will definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

We followed up with the owner, who would like to share the following:- The listing does not state that the community pool is heated. Many pools in the area are not heated year-round, and the owner does not have control over the community’s pool temperature.- Guests are provided with a starter supply of towels and kitchenware, and additional items are available upon request.- A full inspection was completed after your departure, and the dishwasher will be evaluated to ensure there are no issues.- The owner and cleaning team made multiple efforts to accommodate your needs, including allowing early access to the home during an unexpected health concern.We appreciate your comments and remain committed to ensuring a positive guest experience.

Quick Stay Before Leaving The State

We picked this property for it's closeness to everything. When we first got there the alarm system kept beeping at us(probably due to our lack of knowledge) as well as a smoke detector. I talked with property manager and was able to get us taken care of along with sending us a gift card for some pizza. He even sent us dish towels when asked where some were via delivery. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

Good Location, Clean Unit, but lacking in so many ways.

A few positive comments, It was clean and a great location to walk into Clermont. Decent coffeemaker. The mattress in the guest bedroom was so bad, our daughter slept on the sofa in the living room. Flimsy, small, thin bath towels with bleach stains. No bath mats. Broken Ice maker in the refrig. Very weak selection of cooking equipment/utensils making it very difficult to cook a meal. Several burned out light bulbs, no hangers in the closet, ripped screen on the patio. Broken garage door. Supplies for a five night stay? One roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one garbage bag. Tiny amount on dish soap, no laundry soap.

This guest asked for an early check-in, however, due to a same-day booking prior to your arrival, we were unable to accommodate the early check-in request at 1 PM. • Mattress Comfort: Mattress preference can vary greatly among individuals, but we take your opinion seriously. Our mattresses are in good condition, and while hundreds of guests have stayed without issue, we will continue to evaluate feedback to ensure comfort. • Kitchen Equipment and Towels: Our kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for a standard household, and the current towels and bath mats are sufficient for the space. That said, we are in the process of adding new towels, bath mats, and cookware to enhance our guests’ experience. • Light Bulbs and Ice Maker: Before the holidays, we replaced several light bulbs to ensure proper lighting throughout the house, (also sent to Sue some pictures that show the light bulbs are ok). We will double-check everything again. As for the ice maker, it has a lever switch that may have been turned off inadvertently. • Supplies: We provide all guests with a starter kit of essentials, along with refillable dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in each bathroom. This kit is standard for all stays, regardless of the length of booking. Finally, we want to assure you that we regularly inspect and maintain the property to keep it in excellent condition for our guests. We also take your feedback to heart and are working to improve wherever possible to provide the best experience. Please feel free to contact us directly if there’s anything else we can address for you. Thank you again for your feedback."
