Guest Access:
Check-in is in person at the front desk with one of our on-site representatives. Please share your exact arrival time in advance. The resort fee of $38.50/night, paid at check-in, gives you full access to all building amenities.

Perfect for visitors who want to experience the energy of the city while staying in a quiet, comfortable space.
Getting Around:
The nearest airport is MIA (Miami International Airport), approximately 8 miles away, which takes about 20 minutes by car depending on traffic. Valet parking is available for a fee, and there is a public parking garage nearby. Public transportation options are within walking distance, including bus and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city.
Other Things to Note:
Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance
- Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- A $38.50 + VAT per night resort fee is charged at check-in, giving you access to awesome amenities like pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, specialty dining, and more. This fee is separate from the room rate and managed by the hotel.
- The check-in process takes place at the front desk with the assistance of one of the host's onsite representatives. It is essential that all guests provide an exact arrival time to prevent any delays. *For late check-ins after 11:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be applied. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes later than the agreed time, an additional fee of $35 will be charged.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine and an additional $100 USD cleaning fee.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. If additional cleaning is necessary due to excessive dirtiness, a fee of $100 USD will be applied.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We offer Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee & subject to availability
- Some amenities are subject to a fee such as the onsite restaurants.
- There are no mailboxes or intelligent lockers, so guests are responsible for receiving their own packages.
- An independent management company operates within the condotel building. Please note that any issues with the building are separate from our condo’s management, which is out of our control.
- Valet parking is available on-site for an additional fee. There’s also a 24/7 lot nearby at Miami Worldcenter, 644 NE 2nd Avenue, with rates from $15 to $20 per hour. As we don’t manage the parking, we can’t guarantee pricing or availability.
- Package Policy. No Mailbox and/or Intelligent lockers in the property. Received packages will be handled by condo management. We encourage guests to personally receive any deliveries to the property and we dis encourage the order of packages.
- We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like trash bags, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. These items are not replenished, when you run out you’ll need to purchase more.

Booked for 1 night before taking cruise. Check in4pm,checkout11. Clean room. Elevators crammed,slow, takes 30min oneway. Booked for 3 people, but only had 1 comforter/ cover.pull out bed would not flatten out completely. No sugar in room. For the price and surcharges, we felt we did not get to enjoy the room or the pool due to the above.
