Bring the whole pack to Scoobyâs Beachside Bungalow, where beach days and tail wags go hand in hand! Just steps from the Gulf, this bright and airy retreat is filled with windows and sunshine, framing endless sea views. Multiple decks are perfect for sipping, snacking, or spotting dolphins while you soak up the breeze and relax in the hot tub.
The Space:
Inside, youâll find coastal-chic comfort and plenty of space to stretch out. The garage game roomâcomplete with a pool tableâkeeps the fun rolling long after the sun goes down. Whether youâre chasing waves, chasing balls, or just chasing that perfect sunset, Scoobyâs is the ultimate pup, kiddo, and adult beach escape.
BED/BATH CONFIGURATION: (accommodates up to 10)
~ Primary - King bed and en suite bath (sleeps 2, top floor)
~ 2nd Bedroom - 2 x Queen beds and shared full hall bath (sleeps 4)
~ 3rd Bedroom/Loft Room - Twin over Queen loft bed and shared full hall bath (sleeps 3)
~ 4th Bedroom/Cubbie - Twin bed (sleeps 1, no door)

High-end neighborhood, Pirates' Beach is located about 10 minutes south of the heart Galveston offering a plethora of restaurants, grocery, and activities. Public beach access is right in the neighborhood and Mario's Pizza and Allex's Seafood Market is right across the street. Waterman's Restaurant & Marina is just 1.7 miles from home.

The 979 Crew is comprised of island locals who are passionate about making sure the home you chose is nothing short of clean, comfortable, and ready for your group's fun! Every home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!

Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!
979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.
