The DingalingâBeach House Bliss with BBQ
Set just 150 metres from the shore, The Dingaling is a light-filled beach house with everything you need for a relaxed, memorable stay. From the sun-drenched backyard with a fire pit and rustic BBQ hut to the two separate living spaces indoors, itâs a home designed for unwinding together. With leafy gardens, private outdoor seating, and room to breathe, itâs perfect for slow mornings, post-beach lunches, and starry nights by the fire.
Through the front yard and cheerful yellow door, the main living and dining area greets you with warmth and light. A fully equipped kitchen features an oven, coffee machine, and breakfast barâperfect for fuelling up before a day at the beach. A large dining table and lounge area invite relaxed meals and movie nights, all kept comfortable with a split-system air conditioner.
Before the staircase, a second living room offers a more cosy settingâjust a couch and TV, ideal for quiet downtime or kids` movie marathons. Adjacent is a full bathroom with a bathtub, plus laundry facilities including a washer and dryer.
Upstairs, a hallway with a sofabed adds flexibility for two guests. At the end of the hall, the spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed and hanging space, creating a calm and roomy retreat. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while two other rooms offer bunk beds with trundles, each sleeping up to three and fitted with chests of drawers. They share the upstairs bathroom with an enclosed shower and chic vanity.
Itâs the outdoor space that truly shines: a sprawling backyard surrounded by greenery, a firepit ringed with chairs for evening storytelling, and a hand-built timber BBQ shelter that sets the tone for laid-back alfresco meals. Thereâs off-street parking right out front, plus easy access to the beach and Aldingaâs best cafes, bakeries and wine barsâall just minutes away.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

Nature lovers will enjoy exploring Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park, or snorkelling the reefs at Aldinga Reef Aquatic Reserve, just a short drive away.
With easy access to Willungaâs farmers market, cliffside walks, and the renowned cellar doors of McLaren Vale, this peaceful spot offers the perfect mix of convenience, character and coastal charm.
Parking: Driveway parking is available for three cars.
Airport: 50 minutes by car.
Public transport: Just a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
