Archeticially designed with brand new décor throughout, Villa Del Vino is your premium holiday destination in McLaren Vale. Positioned on an 11 acre block and surrounded by vineyards you have full privacy and an abundance of space to enjoy. If you have a large group you can sleep up to 10 people or have an intimate group of 4.
Whether playing in the pool in summer or having a bottle of red by the fireplace in winter, Villa Del Vino has been thoughtfully set up to be the perfect couples getaway or holiday with family and friends. We even have a pickle ball court!
Villa Del Vino is the perfect home base for you to explore McLaren Vale, the epicentre of the South Australian wine industry and home to some of the worldâs oldest grape vines. We have renowned wineries, local produce and farmers markets all within a stone`s throw from the property.
Each space throughout the home has been beautifully designed with quality furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday cook-ups, overlooking stunning vineyards.
The living room is open plan with multiple sliding doors opening up to the outdoor entertaining area and pool (which is filtered using a Ozone Swim System, meaning it`s gentler on skin!).
There is also a spacious second living area with a cosy wood fire and kitchenette.
The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, double shower back door access. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite.
The 2nd wing of the home consists of 2 additional bedrooms (1 x king bed and 2 x single beds) plus a brand new fold out queen Koala sofa bed in the walk through lounge, allowing us to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.
The main bathroom has a double vanity and a large bathtub overlooking the picturesque Willunga Hill.
Please note that the 2nd wing is locked unless specifically requested by guests to accommodate large groups, and costs an additional fee per person. (Please note this wing costs an additional $100 pp)
The outdoor entertaining area overlooks the pool and if set up for season round enjoyment with outdoor heating, couches and dining table. Meat lovers will love the BBQ as well as a Kamado Joe grill, allowing BBQs, roasting, grilling and smoking.
The combination of split system air conditioners, evaporative cooling and heated flooring will keep you warm or cool all year round (not to mention the fire!) with ceiling fans and built-in robes in all four bedrooms.
The kids will love a dedicated play area with toys in the lounge room. Outside there is fun for the entire family including a forest swing, cubby house and sandpit - along with chickens, veggie patch, orchid and fish pond.
As a part of our hosting we provide quality linen, bath towels and firewood. Please note you will need to bring your own towels for the pool.
There are 4 undercover car spaces and plenty more open spaces to park.
We are open to considering small gatherings (under 20 people) strictly upon receiving prior approval, this also applies to the guests needing the 2nd wing which must be requested and paid for by guests or it will remain locked.
Pets are allowed upon receiving our prior approval.
Please note that we use external surveillance cameras in common areas for added security in accordance with regulations.
Its expected that guests will practise water safety at all times as there is both a pool and fish pond on site.
Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
