Positioned directly opposite Maslin Beach and its playground, outdoor gym, and clifftop walking trails, this thoughtfully designed home blends laid-back luxury with spaces made for connection and play right as you step outside.
Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living area captures sweeping ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Slide open the doors to the balcony and start your day with coffee on the outdoor lounge or wind down with sunset drinks at the alfresco table. Inside, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and flows seamlessly into a generous dining area that brings everyone together. Central heating and cooling throughout ensure year-round comfort.
Downstairs, a second lounge offers a relaxed hangout zoneâideal for familiesâwith a mini fridge and sliding doors that open to the backyard. Outside, unwind at the picnic bench nestled beneath the trees or cool off in the unique, industrial-style plunge pool. After the beach, rinse off under the convenient outdoor shower.
Each bedroom is styled in calming coastal tones, designed to be a restful retreat. The upstairs primary suite features a super king bed, a walk-in robe, and a sleek ensuite. Two queen roomsâone on each levelâoffer comfort and privacy, while a fourth bedroom with two king singles downstairs provides flexibility for both kids and adults. The upstairs bathroom includes a freestanding bath and separate toilet and vanity, while the third bathroom downstairs adds further convenience with a shower and toilet.
Practical touches like fast Wi-Fi, a high chair, and an EV charger (available on request) make this home ideal for modern travellers. Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, with extra space directly across the road.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
