Welcome to your dream mountain escape here at Play Big Bear - our beautifully renovated and cozy Bear City home offers all that you need to enjoy relaxing times and lifelong memories together under soaring pine trees and shooting stars any time of the year! Hop in the car and you are within ten minutes to local ski resorts, marinas, and Village shops, this cottage truly has the best of Big Bear right at your fingertips.
Enter your inviting living room where you are greeted with gorgeous hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, and big open windows where you can watch the snow falling outside. Enjoy snuggling up on the cozy couch and warming your toes together in front of the toasty fireplace as you pop on a movie on the flat screen TV or challenge your skills on the foosball table. The open floor plan leads seamlessly to your dining area and equipped kitchen where the chef of your group can whip up your home cooked holiday meals or slope side snacks for your day. Oak cabinets are stocked with cookware and utensils while stainless appliances and a dishwasher ensures that your cleanup is a breeze all while the formal dining table provides the perfect spot to enjoy your meals together as you take in the forested views outside.
Being a single level you will have sprawling open space access to all three of your sleeping quarters and both of the modern bathrooms which offer open windows, mounted flat screen TVs, warm linens, and fresh bath towels for your vacation when you arrive. All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
