Nestled on a corner lot 5 minutes from town and 7 minutes from the lake shore, this 5BR/3BA home presents mountain views, two alfresco dining options, and an outdoor kitchen. The 2,400 square foot interior offers a renovated kitchen, two living areas, each with a wood-burning stove. The slopes and trails at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are both 15 minutes from home. A two-car garage is an added perk.
LIVING AREA
Two welcoming living areas each have ample seating, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV. One of the rooms has a pool table and the other has a sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING
Detailed with a patterned backsplash and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, the pristine kitchen is equipped with everything needed to create your favorite meals. When it's time to dine, the table seats six.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The charming outdoor space features an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and sink. Dine alfresco under the covered pergola.
In the evening, gather for conversation around the wood-burning firepit. A mountain-view balcony presents another gas grill and an additional table to dine alfresco.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
