Want to shred the slopes at Snow Summit, ride horses through San Bernardino National Park, or simply kick back in your own private hot tub? Then gather your closest friends and family and head to this Big Bear vacation rental.
2,500 square feet of mountain-yet-modern decor, four 40' flat-screen TVs with DVDs, a movie library, two fireplaces, and a roomy, fully-equipped kitchen (with coffee maker, coffee grinder, Keurig, French Press, toaster oven, a large array of spices, baking and cooking supplies, glassware, Crock-Pot, fondue pot, standard and immersion blender, ice cream maker, water filter and ice maker to name a few!) are just the beginning of this fantastic retreat.
The two dining areas are perfect for family reunions, friends-giving getaways, or weekend outdoor adventures. Relax and read a book on the covered front porch, upstairs balcony, large soaking jacuzzi tub downstairs, or the large, fenced backyard boasting a hot tub in the covered gazebo. Not to mention, the sectional sofa in the living room and mounted flatscreen TV are the perfect combo for a movie night before everyone hits the hay. Speaking of hitting the hay, one bedroom is located downstairs, and three more are upstairs including the primary suite featuring its own fireplace and flatscreen TV!

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
