This private wooded getaway includes a spacious three-bedroom main house plus a separate guest/bunkhouse, perfect for multi-generational families or friends who want time together with a bit of privacy.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by breathtaking Keuka Lake views, spectacular sunsets, and a quiet atmosphere that invites you to slow down. Mature trees surround the property, providing both privacy and shade, while a gentle slope leads to your private lakefront—ideal for swimming, paddling, and lakeside lounging. Convenient parking is available both on East Lake Road and up the stairs from Route 54.

Mornings begin best on one of two spacious decks, coffee in hand as the lake shimmers below. Spend the afternoon kayaking along the shoreline or simply unwinding in the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. Evenings bring cozy conversations under a sky full of stars. Across the road, the walk-in beach is shallow and gradual—safe for kids and perfect for pups to splash and play.

Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and panoramic lake views. A wall of windows frames the scenery, while comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen make gathering effortless. The kitchen offers generous counter space, modern appliances, and everything you need to prepare anything from pancake breakfasts to lakeside dinners.

Each of the three bedrooms in the main house features a queen bed and charming décor, creating peaceful spaces to recharge after a day on the water. A full bathroom, plus a washer and dryer, add convenience. Just steps away, the guest/bunkhouse offers flexible sleeping space with a double bed, twin bed, and bunk bed—plus air conditioning and its own private deck overlooking the lake.

Golden Retreat was built for outdoor living. The upper deck and stone patio are perfect for alfresco meals or fireside nights, while a second fire pit near the shoreline lets you roast marshmallows right beside the water. The permanent dock provides space for sunbathing, fishing, or launching the provided kayaks.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
