The space
An amazing 4 bedroom Villa on the Seminyak Kerobokan border, 5 mins to central seminyak 10 min to Kuta main beach, 5 min to Batu Buling beach and at the gateway to all bali attractions. Your private villa has full cooking facilities for self catering , American Breakfast and other meals can also be delivered from many of our local restraunts. Private Airport Transfers are available at a small additional charge , Daily private driver can be booked for all tours and sight seeing , scooter hire is availiable on request, .

The local area is alive with traders, food stalls, warungs night markets, resturaunts and bars. Seminyak central is 5min taxi or scooter away, places like Potato Head, Mosaic and the W hotel all just moments away

Guest can contact our manager night and day in Bali, I am always contactable by phone, email , sms, (website hidden), (website hidden), carrier pigeon , snail mail, morse code and fire signal, and sometimes mental telepathy

The area is great for those who want the serenity of actual working rice paddys, real locals and traditions but still have the option to go out to all the tourists hotspots and nightlife but can return to their private retreat

Public transport is limited although we can arrange a private driver for up to 6 people for the entire day to take you anywhere in bali, sights, sports, watersports, sunset dinners, food and shopping , although Scooters are the best way to see bali, quick, cheep and fun

Our 4 bedroom villa is great for larger groups but is still very affordable for smaller groups .
