- Please note that some amenities are seasonal. Watercraft and water toys are available from May 1st-Nov1st
- Note, at this time there is no A/C in the chalet.
- Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during this time.
- Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed prior to the House Manual and check-in instructions are sent.
LINENS: All pillows, bed sheets, kitchen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING: Renter(s) are responsible for removing their garbage at the end of their stay. If you leave garbage in the garage bin, there will be an additional $10/bag charge.
PARKING: There 6 parking spots available at the property. Please do not park off the driveway or on the road.
FIREPIT: A fire pit is available exclusively for your enjoyment, provided there are no active fire bans. Guests are invited to bring their own firewood, or alternatively, we offer a convenient firewood delivery service to your chalet for a small fee. We kindly ask that you make sure the fire is completely extinguished before retiring for the evening. Please Do Not put Garbage in Fire pit.
WATERFRONT /BOATS/WATER TOYS: For the safety and well-being of all guests, please use caution while swimming in Spring Lake at all times. The Chalets and Spring Lake do not provide a lifeguard on duty. Therefore, the property's owners and agents cannot assume liability for any accidents, lake-related incidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution and adhere to all posted safety guidelines when using the dock area. Please no diving or jumping from the dock/rocks. Life jackets are available; however we encourage guests to also bring their own (especially for kids) to ensure they have safety gear that fits appropriately for maximum safety. The use of all watercraft on the lake is at the guests' own risk. You assume all liability for damage to your property and/or the property of the Owners, regardless of the cause.
DRINKING WATER: Our water undergoes comprehensive filtration, yet we advise against consuming it directly. We kindly suggest bringing your own drinking water for peace of mind. To align with our commitment to environmental sustainability, we encourage our guests to opt for reusable water bottles instead of single-use bottled water. Thank you for supporting our green initiatives!
SEPTIC: Our cottage is equipped with a septic system, designed to handle only natural waste and toilet paper. We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring that NO other items are flushed to prevent clogs. In the event of a blockage caused by non-compliant materials, we may need to apply plumbing charges for the resolution. Thank you for helping us maintain a smooth and efficient system!
PETS: We welcome the possibility of accommodating dogs for a nominal extra charge, provided they are approved at the time of booking. Please note that the property does not have fencing.
DRUGS:
At The Chalets on Spring Lake, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
SMOKING:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time.
We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid getting ashes on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the cigarette disposal to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all.
We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $500 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping.

You will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Please note that this code will not be enabled until the Rental Agreement is returned signed by the guest making the reservation.
