Both the kitchen and primary bedroom have patio doors out to a large deck with a barbeque and patio furniture. The backyard has plenty of grass to play, a volleyball net and a firepit. There is a boardwalk to get to the deck on the lake. There is a kayak, child size kayak and 2 inflatable stand up paddle boards for enjoyment on the lake.
Just down the street is a public beach, a playground and boat lanch. Also a LCBO, small grocery store, restaurant and pizza place are within walking distance. Ten minutes away is a 5 pin bowling alley. Across the street has access to snow mobile trails. Plenty of fun activities to enjoy with friends and family!
