Located in North Bay Village, this property is the perfect base for discovering all that Miami has to offer. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a heated waterfront pool, gym, and outdoor bar, open from sunrise to sunset. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable dining areas make this home ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.
Free unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Oversized vehicles must park on the first floor, additional parking is not available.
This combo includes multiple side-by-side properties. Though not connected, they are adjacent to one another, with each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s).

Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.
