Cutest in Hot Springs "Amazing Place" Fully Restored--"English" Rock Cottage
This 1931 cottage is just so cute, and is a great getaway place for a small group to enjoy the yard, or the wonderful kitchen and large TV and or just relaz! Bonus cabinette cottage in the back that allows for more guest to stay. The porch also has a twin bed for naps or a good nights rest. Fully restored in 2020 it has some beautiful oak beams from an early 1700s vineyard out of Worcester , Massachusetts. The cottage is just a very unique nice place to stay and get away. It has a nice covered porch that has windows that open up to allow for breezes to flow through. Beautiful hardwood floors and a gas stove, and antiques that just make the place one that you will want to come back to.

Beautiful property and all the cozy convenient of home. We loved the options for sleeping - including the little cottage in the backyard. This was the perfect base for our exploring Hot Springs. It was close to everything, while not being right in the middle of it all. Would happily choose to stay here again if we had the chance. Brian and Holly were wonderful hosts!
We loved our stay at the cottage! It's so well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable; super cozy and cute. Close to grocery, restaurants, and activities.
We loved our stay in this cottage! It was very cozy and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space to relax inside or outside. Great location. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive when I texted. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!
This property is well maintained and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything. With 4 adults and one bathroom it took a little arranging but no big issue. We would definitely look to stay here during our next visit.
What a wonderful stay. Communication was easy. The cottage was cozy and stocked with anything that was need, convenient to the surrounding area and activities. Would love to stay again when back in the area.
We stayed for 3 nights and were very happy with the property. It was clean, as described and we would be willing to stay if visiting the area again. Nice place to sit outside. Hosts were super nice and easy to communicate with if needed.
The house was very clean and had more room than I had anticipated. The host was very friendly and made a point to check in multiple times to see how we were doing. He also made great suggestions on things to do around town.
The property was super cute and cozy. We were there for a memorial service and we felt right at home in the cottage. All the amenities were there and super clean! If I had to make a derogatory comment, it would be the hill that you have to pull out on. It's a blind hill and traffic is enough that it's kinda scarry pulling out onto the road. No fault of the owners, just a heads up! We loved the place and would like to go back in the future!
Highly recommend. Perfect getaway stay. House was very well appointed and clean. Close to Hot Springs central st area. Brian was extremely attentive. Can't wait to go back.
This is such a beautiful place!! The renovations and amenities were perfect!! It's super close to the interstate which makes it easy to get to the lake one exit away!! It's also a very short drive to downtown Hot Springs where you can fill up your water containers with the fresh hot springs!! We loved staying here and will stay here in the future!
The cottage was perfect! It was beautiful and comfortable. The location was great too. It was in a quiet neighborhood but it was easy to get into Hot springs or to jump on the freeway to go other places.
Brian gave us lots of information about places to see, restaurants, etc.
We would definitely come back for another stay if we come to Arkansas again.
We've stayed at a number of VRBO's but this one is the first one that looks EXACTLY like the pictures. This is a wonderfully comfortable restored home--although there were only two of us, the home would easily accommodate four and, there is an additional cottage that another couple could reserve. The kitchen is well stocked--I cooked for our entire stay because it was so cold outside. The WIFI is strong enough for streaming (we were also working while we were there). We really enjoyed the gas fireplace with a cozy armchair right next to it. Because it was so cold we couldn't enjoy the outdoors, but there are Adirondack chairs around a firepit and a nice grill you could use if you wanted to cook outdoors. This is a great property to reserve!
The cottage was in a great location and had pretty much everything we needed. The only issues were that there was no hair dryer as listed in the amenities and the gas grill did not work. Otherwise, everything was great.
We stayed for the month of March and had a great time. Home is as described, very comfortable, very clean, equipped with all you need to feel right at home. Location is so pretty in a country side setting with easy access to everything. A slice of heaven. Brian and Holly are remarkable owners and are always available should you require any information. Brian even connected ESPN for us to watch our Canadian hockey team play. Hot Springs is a beautiful place. We came for the horse racing but quickly discovered the hidden gems that Hot Springs had to offer. Fine dining, explore the lake areas and historic downtown, so many things to do. A beautiful state with very friendly people. You will not regret booking this property or any other property that Brian and Holly have available.
This cottage was perfect for my vacation. It was well appointed, with a great kitchen that had a large island w/ bar stools, new stove and vent hood, fridge, large farm sink, and lots of storage. Living area had a comfortable couch, large screen tv w/ all of the apps, good sized bathroom (also appeared newly decorated), Master Bedroom and a second bedroom. The beds were very comfortable, and there was enough drawer and hanging space for clothes. The house is surrounded by grass and trees, and is on a lovely street right up the block from Lake Hamilton. The neighborhood is quiet amd peaceful. The house is close to Lake Ouachita so I was able to spend a lot of time there every day.
The property owners were friendly and always available if I had questions.
This place brought back many memories of visiting my grandparents. the front bedroom was just like the room I stayed in as a kid in Rule Alabama.Love the area. Samâs pizza and pub is a mile down the road. Great pizza!
Holly and Brian Holly and Brian have another historic 1924 cottage Near Lake Hamilton and enjoy the challenge of taking a place that has been run down and making it new and useful again. We have 4 boys and they all have in one way or another been involved in restoring the places. We love to have people stay at the cottage or cabin and rest relax and get away from the world. There is almost nothing like hearing that people have had a great time staying at one of the places. We like to go antique shopping and cruising around the Hot springs lakes with friends and family.
The rock house has been fully restored and has oak floors, and so much ship lap that Joanna Gains would be jealous ( we are not kidding). The incredible kitchen beams were purchased from man that had traveled to Massachusetts to a auction of a late 1700s vineyard. The cottage has a great gas range, and a cozy gas fireplace and strong WIFI signal along with Roku streaming service. Outside is a nice patio with addrondyke chairs to enjoy the yard. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds with the softest mattresses you have ever slept on. ill stop there, but it really is a nice cute little place.
10 minutes maximum to Oaklawn, or really any restaurants or attractions in the city, but yet it feels like you are in the county because the old dairy property is right across from the cottage.
