A very peaceful place to stay for you and your family. Beautiful view from extremely comfortable condo, go fishing, bring your boat, and also enjoy swimming. Hot Springs National Park has plenty to offer for every personality! The living room has couch and loveseat with room for self-inflating queen air mattress is most comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children.

This condo embraces a retro, cozy, 'visiting grandma's house' vibe. It was clean, comfortable, and bright. We loved watching the turtles and fish, while sitting out on the deck, overlooking the lake. Great communication from the host and everything we needed had been thought of/provided. Definitely would stay again!

This was the perfect getaway for me and my fiancé. The location was perfect for us to take our kayaks out on the river just behind the condo, and we were just minutes from downtown and all of the attractions. Everything was clean and we appreciated the available amenities and excellent communication from the host. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing, convenient and comfy

THE best stocked place we’ve ever rented through VRBO!! Everything you could need and more. Plenty of towels, utensils, paper products and necessary supplies. Evenings on the deck are relaxing and lovely. Convenient to Hot Springs but away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

We loved everything about this condo. Everything was provided that we could ever need and then some. The water views were great. I loved sitting out on the patio while drinking coffee. Check in was easy. Our host was very responsive and friendly. This condo was close enough to all the action. I loved that there is 2 bathrooms. I will be back!

A dreamy solo vacation

Really enjoyed my time at this property. Very comfortable, very peaceful, and very safe. Well furnished, plenty of towels, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Philip was very helpful and responsive. I will be returning!!!

Nice place for 2 people sharing same bed. Description was not accurate, said 1 king, 1 queen bed. Queen bed was a blow up air mattress which occupied the entire living area. The original description of the queen bed didn't say blow up air mattress. Not a good sleeping situation for a 60 year old woman.

Loved our stay at this condo! Beautiful place on the lake. Our host had everything we needed in the condo. Chocolates, refrigerated, drinks, coffee, and MANY towels which is always a major plus for me! Parking was excellent as you could park right up to the front door of the condo. Location was excellent as it was approximately 10 to 15 minutes from the Hot Springs national Park historical district. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit Hot Springs!

very nice lakeside property!

We really liked the text communications, the check-in process, and felt welcomed by the owners. This was a super cozy, clean, and quiet place to stay with a view of the lake. We were only there for a short two days/3 nights but it was wonderful! We found several things we wanted to do within a short 5-15 min. driving distance. A word of advice if we may: the driveway entrance is rather steep and we found the sign with the address hard to see at first, so keep your eyes open. 😊

Lovely place, absolutely amazing.

If you’re planning to go to Hot Springs I hope you can find this place available. It is the cleanest and more comfortable vacation rental we had been. Cozy, well decorated, with a full equipped kitchen and honestly the best guest we had in a long time. The communication with Phillip was great and started as soon as we booked our stay. Check in was very easy. We felt so comfortable, appreciated, the welcome card was a very special detail, so very kind. It was a fantastic weekend. We will definitely come back and also we will recommend this place to our family and friends. Thank you Phillip, we will see you soon. Daniel and Claudia.

Escape to Hot Springs

We had to leave our home in Louisiana due to a severe windstorm that left over 250,000 people without power. We were given no hope the power would be restored quickly, so we escaped the heat to Hot Springs. We stayed at a hotel for two days, but quickly realized we wanted a more homelike experience. We found it at this cute and cozy condo! Immaculately clean, amenities GALORE, beautiful lakefront home. We were so happy to find this gem! Phillip was so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Property was clean and very thoughtful accommodations. They had complimentary beverages, and hygene products such as dental kits, and even coffee packs. They left chocolates and a thank you note. I was impressed. As a frequent traveler, normally we would pay for cleaning cost even though we have to do quite a bit of cleaning, washing, starting the diswasher and emptying the trash ourselves. They handled all of it. We were impressed and well taken care of. Our host/mgr were attentive made us feel right @ home. Beautiful views peaceful and serene. Highly recommend them.
