Step into Coopers Cottage and feel right at home in the bright and spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. This welcoming space invites connection; gather around the eight-seater dining table for meals, or sink into the plush chaise lounge in the living room for relaxed evenings with a movie. The well-equipped kitchen features a gas cooktop, coffee machine, and all the essentials for cooking up anything from casual breakfasts to family dinners. A second lounge room offers a quieter retreat with a large sofa, TV, and desk—ideal as a kids` zone or remote work.

Just off the main living area, double doors open to the outdoor entertaining space—an expansive covered pergola with a BBQ, dining table, and sun loungers. The private in-ground pool awaits just beyond, offering a peaceful spot to swim or soak up the sun in total privacy.

As you move down the central hallway, three comfortable bedrooms unfold. Two feature queen-sized beds, built-in robes, and ducted air conditioning for year-round comfort, while the third bedroom includes two single beds. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower and a luxurious corner spa bath, perfect for soaking after a busy day.

For added privacy and space, the detached rumpus room at the rear of the property serves as a fourth bedroom studio. It features a king-sized bed, two-seater lounge, TV, private bathroom, and air conditioning—ideal for guests seeking their own quiet zone or a separate work-and-rest space.

A separate laundry with a washer and dryer, and the additional powder room ensure convenience for longer stays or families. Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage with an additional spot in the driveway.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
