Nestled in the heart of Aldgate Village, the perfect base to explore the greater Adelaide Hills region. 20 minutes to Adelaide CBD, a great option if visiting Adelaide in general. This light-filled home comprises, on the lower level, a large living room with a smart TV, a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and smart TV, a bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower, an open-plan kitchen and dining with seating for 8. Also on at ground level is the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Step outside to a private garden, the perfect spot for a morning cuppa or perhaps brunch on the outdoor dining setting.

The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and an espresso machine, with plenty of bench space for those who like to cook up a storm. Climate is easily controlled with reverse cycle, ducted heating and cooling.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a central study space. Bedrooms two and three have queen-size beds, while bedroom three also boasts a smart TV. Bedroom four offers two single beds. All beds and bedding are of the best quality, ensuring everyone is comfortable. Enjoy elevated views over the garden into the trees. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and spa bath.
