INTERACTION:
We tend to let our guests have peaceful enjoyment of their vacation. However, pool and hot tub maintenance and chemical balancing occurs 1-3 times a week depending on the season. This is conducted for safety and cleanliness. You may or may not see these trusted contractors during your stay. They will not knock on the door or announce themselves as they usually are in and out very quickly and do not want to disturb your stay. Do not be alarmed. They have permission to be in the pool and pump areas. We are nearby and are here to ensure you have a great stay if you need us!

Resting Beach Place is where laid-back luxury meets family fun! This bright and breezy 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath raised beach house is packed with comfort, style, and just the right splash of coastal charm. Two master suites (one on the main level w/queen bed and one on 2nd fl with king bed) make it perfect for families traveling together or a golf crew that likes a little extra elbow room.

Step inside to find an open floor plan with beachy-chic décor that feels straight out of a design magazine. The fully stocked kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up breakfast before the beach or cocktails after your pool float session.

Speaking of the pool… it’s all yours! Heated or cooled for year-round enjoyment and perfect for a relaxing dip between adventures. Prefer to chill out? You’ve got two huge decks with plenty of seating for coffee sipping, book reading, or just soaking in those salty coastal breezes. Or do you prefer to warm up when the sun goes down? Imagine relaxing under the stars with a nice beverage in the 6 person hot tub!

Every bedroom has a smart TV, plush linens, and plenty of space to unpack and stay a while. And yes, there’s a washer and dryer, because sand happens! Upstairs boasts 3 bedrooms. The upstairs master has a king bed, twin bunk bed AND en-suite bathroom. The other two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom. Downstairs on the first floor, there is another MASTER bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

The living room and dining area has plenty of seating for everyone for a feast fit for Neptune and cozy nights for Netflix nights in along with a pull-out queen sofa bed with a huge flat screen smart HDTV.

It is recommended to have a car but if you don't you can still meet most of your needs with use the complimentary golf cart on secondary roads only, walking, or catching a cab, Uber or Lyft.

*Pool HEATING and COOLING is not automatically included and is optional. Pool temperature modification is $150 extra for each week or portion of each week thereof and must be requested (typically) at least 3 days in advance. It is recommended if you plan on using the pool in the cooler months or in the prime heat of summer to maximize enjoyment. POOL HEAT is only available during certain times of the year and usually when air temperatures are between 45-75 degrees Fahrenheit. We keep the WATER temperature between 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit. A pool heater is designed to make swimming just a bit more comfortable in cooler (not freezing) weather. Please inquire if desired.

*While the property is child friendly the property is not necessarily child or baby proofed. Parents are expected to provide any child/baby proofing desired. Parental supervision is required at all times.

*Parking for up to 6 Vehicles on drive -Grass and Street Parking Not Permitted

*While the property is pet friendly there are some guidelines for pets:
1. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed
2. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate
3. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies
4. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'pet cleaning fee'. (this fee is capped for stays longer than 13 nights... please inquire) You remove all pet hair, waste before departing. NOTE: This fee is included in your rate with Airbnb and VRBO IF YOU INDICATE YOU HAVE A PET IN THE PROCESS OF BOOKING. This is not included in other platforms or our direct booking site and will be billed after booking.

The cleaning fee is less than the departure cleaning fee, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen change service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire. USPS DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REGULAR MAIL AT THIS SHORT TERM RENTAL PROPERTY. PLEASE SECURE OTHER METHODS LIKE A P.O. BOX IF YOU WISH TO GET MAIL WHILE STAYING LONGER THAN 29 DAYS.
