Features include a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, Smart TV with Netflix, air-conditioned living, and resort-style amenities â pool, sauna, tennis court, and BBQ area. Walk to cafes, shops, and the light rail. Perfect for families or friends looking for a coastal escape!
Our Space
Weâre so glad youâre considering a stay at our place in Surfers Paradise! Please note: keys are collected from a local convenience store about a 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive from the building. The store closes at 9:00 PM, so please plan your arrival accordingly.
Before you arrive, hereâs a quick rundown of what to expect. If we miss anything or you have a question, feel free to shoot us a message, weâre always happy to help.
The apartment is set up to feel like a home away from home. You can cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, kick back with Netflix on the Smart TV, or simply relax on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. Hereâs what youâll find:

You will have the entire property to yourself.
Our check-in hour is at 3 pm and our check-out hour is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.
Free parking on site is straightforward to access with your guest fob. The carpark entrance has a 2m height clearance.
Your key pickup location and details will be provided before your arrival. But itâs easily accessible and close by, at the Pit Stop Friendly Grocer News & Supermarkets.
Please refrain from mentioning that you are staying for short-term accommodation, as neighbors may not be supportive.
The following strict House Rules also apply:
1. Respect the residential neighborhood and your neighbors.
2. No loud noise at all times. Please keep quiet between 10 pm and 8 am.
3. No parties or antisocial behavior.
4. No unapproved additional guests.
5. No smoking within the building at all times
6. Notify us if something is broken.
7. No shoes indoors to protect the floors.
8. Building management or reception cannot assist during your stay.
9. Excessive noise or antisocial behavior can lead to complaints or legal action.
IMPORTANT: Breaching house rules may result in a $500 fine, damage compensation, and immediate eviction.
Check-Out Instructions:
- Clean and put dishes back to original position.
- Return furniture to original location.
- Take out the rubbish
- Turn off appliances, lights, and secure doors/windows.
- Lock doors and return the keys to the pick up location
Additional Information:
- Baby cot/high chair available on request with a fee (2 days notice required).
- Government-issued ID required for identity verification.
- Lock-out fees: $50 during business hours, up to $250 after hours/weekends.
- Lost keys incur a $250 replacement fee.
- Excess cleaning or damage charges start at $150.
We strongly suggest guests purchase a travel insurance policy before booking. We can only issue a refund if you cancel within the free cancellation period, or any reasons covered by the Airbnb Major Disruptive Events Policy.
Other reasons, including but not limited to, poor weather conditions, family issues, sickness (including COVID-19), road closures and flight cancellations, will not be eligible for a refund.
Please only book after you have read and agree to the house rules and the cancellation policy.
