Please note that the Suntide II HOA has scheduled major structural repairs on some Gulf balconies.
The work is scheduled from May 4th to May 22nd. Condos can still be occupied, but guests should be aware of potential noise and dust around the property during the day.
Important: If a guest's unit balcony is under repair or is located beneath a unit being repaired, access to that deck will be closed off during those dates.
We apologize for the inconvenience as the HOA works to complete these necessary repairs

The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with 2 extra seats at the breakfast bar. A Texas-sized barbecue area is available on the first floor for grilling your favorite meals.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning beach views from large windows. The ensuite bathroom features a walk in shower and plenty of storage space.
Second Bedroom: Two Twin beds, flat-screen TV, dresser, and a small walk-in closet. The attached guest bathroom has a shower tub combo
Please Note:
While this condo is clean and well-maintained, it has a more classic, dated style compared to modern remodels. Everything works great, offering a cozy and comfortable stay.
