All the bases are covered in this newly renovated cottage less than one mile from Tunnel Park and Lake Michigan Beach access! Are you looking for the perfect spot to accommodate everyone's favorite activities? Have guests that want to spend a relaxing day on the beach? We have that covered with beach access just over half mile or short three block walk away. Beach chairs are available as well. Kids want to spend the day at the pool while you relax in the hot tub? No need to walk further than right outside the back door. Enjoy the outdoor firepit with plenty of seating. A gas grill is available for all your outdoor cooking needs. Looking for some indoor fun? Enjoy the amazing game room with foosball table, air hockey, electronic dart board, shuffleboard table, Slap Shot Hockey and flat screen TV for watching your favorite team! Set up your own tournament at the pool table located in the lower level. Bike riders? Rent bikes just down the road and take advantage of the miles of bike paths along the lakeshore. Kayakers and paddleboarders can also rent gear locally and enjoy Lake Macatawa, an all sports lake with a channel leading to Lake Michigan.

Not only can you provide activities for all ages and interests but easily accommodate everyone's need for respite. Three main floor bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options - master with king and private half bath, second bedroom with queen and additional bedroom with twins plus two additional full baths complete this floor. The lower level can accommodate a crowd - full daybed is located in cozy niche and spacious bunk room has two twin over full bunks, half bath and kitchenette.

Relax and enjoy visiting in the sunny living room or cozy up for movie night in the lower level family room with flat screen TV and plenty of space to spread out. Open kitchen is well equipped with plenty of counterspace for everyone to participate in preparing family meals. Both regular and Keurig coffeemaker available. Breakfast bar and large farmhouse table provide seating for all.

**The heated pool is set to 78 degrees.**

THE LOCATION
Award winning downtown Holland is just a 10 to 15 minute drive and offers a huge variety of dining, breweries, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy the multi screen Sperry theatre with cocktail lounge and dinner service. Take the crew to Thursday night street performers series and take in the local talent. Stop for a cold one at Holland Brewing or Hopcat offering ample rotating tap list and famous 'crack fries'. Enjoy dinner on the deck at Boatwerks while taking in a Lake Michigan sunset.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

"Nice house in a nice neighborhood. The dining room and kitchen were perfect size for our large group for making dinner, eating and gathering any time of the day. We liked the Keurig coffee machine in the morning, the nice cooktop, awesome dual ovens, large refrigerator and huge pantry. The drawers were well stocked with cooking utensils.. The bedrooms were nice with good beds and bedding. The bathrooms worked well for our large group as there were never any waiting lines. There was an abundance of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Even still, there is a nice washer and dryer if we wanted to freshen up. We brought lawn chairs but didn't need them because there were more than enough for our crowd to use around the pool and the fire pit. The lounge chairs and pads were enjoyed by all of us during our stay…as the pool was in constant use by our grand children. From the pool guy we learned it was a salt water pool…so that explained why there was no chlorine smell. This house is a convenient distance from the Tunnel Park Beach and the Holland Beach…either by car or by bicycle. We loved that part of this place"
