Luxury lakefront dome with private beach, close to nature and town!

Luxurious retreat within minutes of the scenic seaside towns of Mahone Bay and Lunenburg. This four-season, lake-front dome with radiant in- floor heating is jammed with amenities ranging from the king-sized bed to the leather lounging recliners with a beautiful view of the lake. The dome includes a kitchenette, a spacious shower, and a beach with imported soft white sand. It’s the perfect get-away complete with kayaks, hot tub and easy access to rails to trails. UPDATE! We have recently begun offering "intimate evening" charcuterie packages for those special occasions at the dome. We have 3 options:

1.Charcuterie for two with wine/ sparkling beverage: $110

2.Charcuterie, wine/ beverage and flowers: $135

3.Charcuterie, wine/beverage and an assortment of chocolates: $170

We can accommodate dietary restrictions and are happy to take requests (within reason).

Absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, easy to get to from the airport and close to Lunenburg and Bridgewater. The fishing is fantastic and hottub lovely. The bed is also so comfortable!We plan to visit again.

We highly recommend staying here! It was very clean and comfy. The hot tub was perfect. Due to timing and weather, we didn’t get to kayak but the lake frontage is beautiful.It’s very peaceful with the loons and crickets lulling you to sleep. Would stay here again if we returned.

We truly enjoyed staying at the dome. We found it to be a very relaxing place to be. Sitting in the hot tub after a day of sight seeing was wonderful. It was more than we expected!

A real fun place to spend a few days. Waking up to a view of a beautiful Canadian lake is amazing. Between the hot tub, the watercraft, and the wildlife, it was a difficult choice to leave the property each morning—-even for amazing places like Lunenburg or the River Pub in Bridgewater. Check in/out was simple to do. An extraordinarily well-stocked kitchenette made meal prep easy.

Erin made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. I loved the special touches that she left to make our stay special. It was gorgeous, quiet, and exactly the get away we were looking for. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking to make beautiful memories.

Beautiful, well-maintained property. Host was lovely and very communicative. The hot tub was a little bit grimy and the smoke detector appeared to be missing, but otherwise, everything was in great condition and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. I am recommending to all of my friends and I can't wait to return!

Beautiful spot. Great overall stay. Such a unique experience to stay in a dome. We had a little trouble with GPS indicating the incorrect road at the very end. But neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful and we got there just fine.

What a beautiful property full of amenities! We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and then relaxing with a glass a wine in the hot tub. It was spotless and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the dome. It was so quiet and peaceful. Very clean, and we appreciated the simple touches like snacks, drinks, lots of clean towels etc. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. We loved the lights that came on outside on a timer. Would absolutely recommend!

I booked Blysteiner Lake Dome as a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. Seeing the look of surprise and joy on his face when we arrived is a memory I'll never forget.Our host was friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with through VRBO. We added the charcuterie, flowers, and wine package, and it was absolutely worth it—the charcuterie was delicious, and the wildflower bouquet was beautiful.The dome was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable and perfect for two men over 6 feet tall. As cinephiles, we also appreciated having a TV to relax with at night.We visited during a heat wave (40C with humidex), but the AC kept us cool all weekend. The lakefront setting is stunning, with a small sandy beach, kayaks, canoe, hot tub, BBQ, and plenty of cozy seating areas, including comfortable reclining leather chairs inside. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had fantastic water pressure.The solar lights and sunsets created magical evenings. Although there are neighbors, the trees and layout make the property feel very private. This was one of our most memorable getaways, and we wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic lakeside escape. The location is great, just a short drive into Bridgewater, Mahone Bay and Lunenburg where you'll find a variety of great places to eat and unique little shops!

An amazing dome that is private. It was extremely clean, and had everything you would need for your stay. All the kitchen equipment you would require, plus a Keurig and coffee pods, and a few snacks. A lovely king size bed, and a one of a kind bathroom. Plus all the essentials for the bathroom. Including a hair dryer and bathrobes. The hot tub was great; clean, great jets and colourful lights.There is also a canoe and 2 kayaks with life jackets. Erin, the host was very kind.We would not hesitate to recommend this Dome for a romantic getaway.

We spent our honeymoon here, and my husband and I knew we were going to love the dome as soon as we walked in. This is the perfect place for introverts who want to be surrounded by the tranquility of nature while also having access to the same luxuries as a nice hotel. And there's a Walmart less than ten minutes away, so you aren't too far away from civilization if you need something. It has everything you could want - majestic views of the lake, peace and quiet, cable TV and internet, a hot tub, a grill, an awesome shower, kayaks and a canoe, tea and coffee, and so much more. The internet went out on the second day, so I had to track down some public Wifi to message the host about it (my phone was useless outside the US), and she had it up and running before we even got back. It was far too short a trip, and we were sad to have to leave, but we'll definitely be back.

Loved the lake panorama and the sound of rain. We enjoyed the privacy and seclusion this property offered after a week of B&Bs. Best stocked property we have ever stayed at. Bed was super comfortable. You are lucky if this property is available for you dates.An unbelievable stay! Sitting in the hot tub at night overlooking the lake after a day of sea kayaking was special as well. We could even see a muskrat swimming by from inside the doom. A wonderful experience.
