The spacious main living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, creating an inviting setting for gathering after a day at the beach or enjoying a quiet evening in.

The primary bedroom provides a serene retreat with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and calming coastal décor. The guest bedroom offers two comfortable beds and its own private ensuite bathroom, making it a great option for family or additional guests. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.

Wow! So beautifully & peacefully decorated! We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and being able to see the ocean & beautiful grounds. Sunrises & sunsets there were perfect! Hubby loved the desk! Huge TVs worked great! The hosts have thought of everything including beach chairs, bikes, ALL kitchen needs. This was a last minute choice and we are so glad we did!!

The home was in great shape - clean, comfortable and truly quite nice. We were happy staying in this unit.Unfortunately, the communications prior to our stay wasn’t great. The directions regarding a parking permit for the car were not clear and created a hassle when we arrived late in the evening on the first day of our stay. Prior to booking the unit, I read in the reviews that another guest had the same parking permit troubles, and I discounted their feedback. I shouldn’t have. Future guests should know that EVERY vehicle requires a parking permit (not just the additional vehicle). Give yourself extra time to find the lockbox with the parking permits, which is at a different location on the island than where the condo is located. Secondly, if you use your phone’s navigation system to map you back to the property, it will try to take you in an entrance that has an unmanned gate. You need to follow the directions to the condo noted on the parking permit. All of this may seem simple enough, but after a long day of traveling, arriving after dark and not knowing where we’re going, it was quite maddening. When I shared this feedback with the office and suggested they be clearer in their directions for future guests, they didn’t seem so concerned about my feedback.

Glad the home was clean and comfortable — I’m sorry the parking permit instructions and arrival directions caused a hassle, especially after a long day of travel. We clearly state in our digital guide as well as via email that car passes need picked up from our office. We even provide a video directing you from the road to our office's front door. We have made it as easy as we can with instructions provided from multiple sources.

We loved this condo. We have stayed in several units in Barrington Arms and all over Palmetto Dunes. This was one of the nicest units we’ve been to. The condo was so well decorated and it had everything we needed. The owners did a great job! The only negative we had (and I’m only noting it so others can maybe avoid our frustration) was picking up the parking pass. It was not where we were told it would be and therefore we wasted about an hour trying to find it. Otherwise the stay was perfect and we hope to be back soon!

Condo was centrally located in Palmetto Dunes. Lovely pool and easy access to beach. Inside was beautiful only issue was dishwasher didn't clean very well so we washed by hand.It wasn't easy finding the lock box with the parking pass. Previous years we picked the passes up on the premises.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the central location, pool, beach access, and the condo’s interior. I apologize the dishwasher didn’t clean well — I’ll have maintenance inspect it and ensure it’s working properly. Unfortunately due to the volume of guests that were going to the Palmetto Dunes pass office, they no longer allow guests to pickup passes on site. This is the community's rule and we must follow it.
